What's New with DocQ: March 2022 version

March 2, 2022
2 Minute Read

March has arrived with it the equinox which marks the beginning of Spring or Autumn depending on where you are in the world.  In addition, Daylight Saving Time is coming no matter if we are ready or not. Yes we know it happens twice a year, every single year but we are never ready for the impact.

While we prep for the coming time change - let’s dive into the highlights of what we released with DocQ 2.1.

Newsletter Opt In

This one is exciting for us and we hope for you too! Those monthly newsletters are something we look forward to every month.  Like a little present from us to your inbox. So we wanted to make this easier and added the ability to opt in to our newsletter from within DocQ. Don’t worry – we promise we won’t bombard you with endless noise cluttering up your inbox. Our newsletter aims at alerting you to new DocQ features and enhancements as well as keeping you updated on the latest DocQ company updates once a month. You can navigate to your profile and opt in or out - easy peasy!

Word Template Enhancements

Now, when creating DocQ templates using Microsoft word files (DOCX), you can use checkboxes to collect input from users. Yes, this feature has been available for PDF files for quite some time and now we’ve made it available for DOCX files as well.

Enhanced Document History

Audit trails are so incredibly important and with that in mind we have upped the capability within DocQ. Last month we released document analytics which adds visibility to viewing behavior within DocQ and this month we have enhanced the document history view. Now you have more details available within the document history, such as what happened during an automatic step in our workflow.

That brings this release to a close but as always we have big features coming on the horizon so sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date with all the latest announcements.
